Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to problem of ethnic identity and practices, which is specially articulated in the conditions of polyethnic Ukrainian society. Within the context the hierarchy of ethno-cultural values, providing stable self-identification of ethnos is considered, as well as specific of age groups is determined.
