Summary/Abstract: In the article examined problem of presentation imperious discourse, special choice and special mentality of publicity activity, that related with by imperious functions, which are given power to the subject, in particular in Ukraine. Actuality consists in an attempt to consider the features of realization of political advertisings and grant a concept «political advertising» complete determination.
