Summary/Abstract: In The Museum of The Romanian Peasant, one has not only to do with an identity segment as we generally understand the word, but also with an image of the substratum, with a dimension of the primordial man in the full sense of the word. The "Nourishment That Binds" exhibition displays this very transgression of the immediate experience, of basic needs.
