Summary/Abstract: Linguistical and Extralinguistical Causes of Russian Words Becoming Out of Usage. The paper hereby emphasizes that Russian is not only enriched by the appearance of new words, but is also affected by the disappearance of some of its words. Further on, we are suggesting an analysis of linguistical and extralinguistical causes of this process.
