An Analysis of Slimming Process on the Example of the Administrative Decision

Summary/Abstract: Presentation of capabilities of using new approaches to the design process in the administration on the example of the administrative decision. Methodology of research – Analysis of literature, worldwide studies and studies about example services with are made by companies from the municipal industry. Outcome – Article presented the role and design meaning in operating management process in administration. Based on example studies its demonstrated the usefulness of selected design approaches and shows the effect of its introduction. Value – This article has a lot of practicality and its novelty is result of a unique approach to designing and arranging process in urban municipal establishment.
