Summary/Abstract: The article considers the main matters of the legal regulation of production and turnover of vodka products in Ukraine and indicates the main ways of settling these matters. The author has determined the main legal measures of public regulation in this economic activity area. The author has suggested ways of improvement of application of the corresponding regulative measures in the alcoholic beverages market.
