Summary/Abstract: Correlation between the terms of «state regulatory policy» and «deregulation»has been analyzed. Legal analysis of the content of these terms has been provided. Legal definition of the term «deregulation» has been proposed. Several legislative changes have been proposed for the purpose of bringing the legislation on state regulatory police in line with the needs of the time.
