Summary/Abstract: Purpose – discussion of the substance of the resource consumption accounting and usefulness of the information generated in it in the management in the enterprises that carrying out projects. Design/Methodology/Approach – observation, analysis, induction. Findings – indication of the most important information that can be derived from the resource consumption accounting thanks to its implementation, the possibility of using this information in the management and the benefits flowing from this in the enterprises that carrying out projects.
