Species-dependent changes of activity and isoenzymatic composition of peroxidase in compositae plants under unfavourable conditions

Summary/Abstract: Variability of plural molecular forms of a soluble peroxidase in the ontogenesis of flowering ornamental plants of Compositae family, growing under conditions of industrial contamination in the city of Dnipropetrovsk, has been studied. The species dependent features of expression of the peroxidase gene­enzymatic system under influence of the multicomponent effluents of different type enterprises are presented.
