Summary/Abstract: In February 2018, amendments were brought to several regulations, such as: The Tax Code, amended by the GEO No. 3/2018 on certain tax and budgetary measures, the Bylaws of the National House of Public Pensions (CNPP), amended by the GD No. 44/2018 and the Bylaws of the Romanian Notarial Institute, whose amendments and additions were sanctioned by the Decision of the Council of the National Union of Notaries Public No. 7/2018. Furthermore, several regulations were issued, such as: The GEO No. 2/2018 for the postponement of certain deadlines provided for under Law No. 227/2015 on the Tax Code, the GD No. 29/2018 for establishing the criteria substantiating the increase provided for under Article 17 paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Framework Law No. 153/2017 on the remuneration of staff paid from public funds, the GD No. 33/2018 regarding the establishment of offenses subject to the Prevention Law no. 270/2017, as well as the draft of the remedial measures plan and the Order of the Ministry of Public Finance (OMFP) No. 1243/2018 of 5 February 2018 on supplementing certain accounting regulations.
