VARIETIES OF DONATION CONTRACTS AND THEIR PARTICULARITIES

Summary/Abstract: Not always donation contract has the classic form concluded in authentic form between the donor and the recipient of the donation. So, in judicial practice are used certain varieties/types of donation contracts, such as simulated donations (disguised donations and donations by interposing people) as well as indirect donations. In this context, we preseted succintly donation as a manual gift as well as the donation with obligations, equally used in legal practice, in respect of which we pointed strictly the essence and the particularities.
