The Business Model Based on the Protection of Intellectual Resources

Summary/Abstract: This article concerns the search for business models that takes into account the strategic actions focused on the protection of intellectual resources. It proposed to own a business model whose dimensions are the objectives of strategic source of competitive advantage and intellectual resource development. Depending on the dimensions identified 16 strategic options, which are associated with strategic actions for the protection of intellectual resources such as preservation, lending, sharing and acquisition.
