Summary/Abstract: The spent reconstruction of ceremonies and the beliefs of east Slavs of a pre-Christian epoch connected with pagan representations of our ancestors about animal ancestors - supporters. The author has analyzed a place and a role of some sacred animals in system of pagan rituals, guarding and building magic’s, representations about posthumous existence of the person.
