Sensational style and its connection with the art of impressionism: The question of the style typology of piano-performing interpretation

Summary/Abstract: The given article is based on the author’s worked out typology of the piano-player’s interpretation. The basis of this typology is the conception of retorized, rationalized, emotionalized and sensualized players’ styles. The author has given the characteristic to the sensualized piano-player’s style, that is the most evinced in interpretation of the music impressionism.
