Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the definition of specific character of culturological approach to the sphere of everyday life. The problem is treated from the perspective of study of the historical dynamics of food culture. It is shown that the emergence of new subject fields leads to the change of structure field of culturology as an autonomous science.
