Summary/Abstract: International terrorism, which we can describe as the plague of the 20th and 21st centuries, is a dangerous disease, that our country, who shows an economic growth alongside its geographical location and dynamic demography, confronts directly and fights against. In our day, in which human rights reached to a global dimension, while fighting against terrorism, sustaining the same fight against the structures which support terrorism with or without a state support, is the key to success in this fight against international terrorism. In this regard, since terrorism shows a significance beyond national dimensions, it is expected that the countries come together to keep on working in cooperation for the fight against it. Within this scope, it will be an attitude which reveals respect for the human dignity, if developed countries, especially UN-Countries declare war against these structures, instead of financing terrorism.
