Summary/Abstract: Joint stock companies have become one of the actors who play a very important role in shaping commercial life and on a solid ground. Joint stock companies, which are the cornerstones of business life, are at the very center of many legal relations in terms of nature. In particular, the structural changes that took place in the joint stock companies have been of great importance in terms of the workers who are working in the corporation of the joint stock company, and the question of what is the fate of the workers’ rights arising from the Labor Law has come into question. In this direction, article 178 of Turkish Commercial Code and article of 6 Labor Code are very important legal regulations in case the joint-stock companies go through structural changes. In addition, in respect of the protection of worker’s rights, which law will be applied firstly has become another important issue.
