Summary/Abstract: The EU has lifted the visa requirements from Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia to enter into the Schengen area. From now on, citizens of these countries will be able to enter into the Schengen area without any visa requirements. The broadening of this practice towards Albania and Bosnia-Herzegovina is expected to materialize in the summer of 2010.
