Summary/Abstract: Annotation. Questions of the organisation and tactics of survey of a scene during investigation of theft of firearms are opened. Problems of survey, the carrying out basis, objects of survey are defined. The attention that during scene survey, during investigation of theft of fire-arms, it is necessary to carry out criminalistics recommendations is paid, necessarily to involve the expert, strictly to adhere to safety rules, to fix the information by means of a photo and a video shooting, to make plans and schemes, to with draw microscopic objects.
