The problem of forming rock music

Summary/Abstract: The article makes parallels between the principles of forming in rock music and academic music. The article is about the form of album, which is a cycle of piano miniatures, that appeared in the nineteenth century in the works of the romantic composers and retained some structural and decorative features in music albums of the rock musicians of mid-XX – early XXI century.
