RECOGNITION OF PRIVATE OWNERSHIP RIGHT TO LAND PLOTS UNDER CONDITION OF FORMATION OF ELECTRONIC REGISTERS IN UKRAINE: CIVIL LAW ASPECTS.

Summary/Abstract: The features of the institute for recognition of private ownership rights to land under condition of formation of electronic registers in Ukraine are being investigated. It is proved that during last 20 years land plots were allocated with different level of accuracy, and inserting information about them into electronic registers of real estate shows their overlapping. The conclusion is made that due to overlapping of land plots their owners will face with contests and disclaims of their ownership rights to land. That is why usage of civil law’s norms for recognition of private ownership rights to land is expected to be very actual.
