Summary/Abstract: The article deals with socio-cultural conflicts in the area of Ukraine. The necessity of a qualitatively new conceptual content of the cultural sphere in Ukraine and improvement of the key provisions that meet the cultural needs and requests that trigger the effective implementation by the state of the theoretical basis for forming a cultural space is proved.
