Summary/Abstract: This article explores the likely trend of progress external functions Ukraine: development in areas targeting western (European) vector of Ukraine's integration and adaptation to the principles of regional integration of our country and the direction of their universality, which result in the formation of a three-tier system: Private external functions Ukraine, its external functions as a member of international organizations, associations, institutions, alliances and global functions that are implemented by all countries of the world.
