Summary/Abstract: In scientific article author investigated that the investigation of crimes is the most effective use of development methodology "psychological" portrait of the offender, which is very important for law enforcement system. In a scientific article, the author based on analysis of the views of scientists and materials forensic practices developed the basic principles and structural logic circuit "psychological" portrait and typological scheme study offender.
