Summary/Abstract: The author of article explores the theoretical principles entity relationship conflict as a precondition for committing administrative offenses and crimes. Regulation scientific article reveals the essence of the object of its main features is also investigating the objective of conflict, conduct of classification of relationship conflict and the conditions of the subjective side of disputed relationship. The author proposed believe that the explanation of the conflict situation should look into the specifics of the relationship between conflict parties.
