Summary/Abstract: In a scientific article, the authors reveal the complex organizational improvement directions of educational institutions in the prevention of juvenile delinquency. The authors propose an academic position affect the modern educational environment and according to scientists will contribute to the proper execution of their duties of teachers, as close to the normative (legal) plane such improvement must necessarily encompass organizational, personnel and value-orientation of the plane, which will allow to speak about introducing the concept of improving education for the prevention of juvenile delinquency in Ukraine with the needs and realities.
