Summary/Abstract: The article presents instruments of control so-called «strategic enterprises», which are at the disposal of the Polish Minister of Treasury. The text shows the evolution of legal solutions adopted in this sphere, made mainly under the influence of European law. The author tries to analyse and systemize currently applicable legal regulations and take critical view on their efficiency.
