Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the law of different countries that regulates criminal liability for riots and public disorder group. The attention is paid to the international legal norms; regulations on regulation of responsibility for the riots that are more or less consistent with international standards and with different legal status, constitutional, individual legal act, certain sections or articles of different codes. The status of gatherings and sanctions for mass rallies and a measure of responsibility for their organization are analysed in the given article.
