THE USE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AT THE INITIAL STAGE OF INVESTIGATION OF CRIMINAL OFFENCES IN UKRAINE

Summary/Abstract: Provisions in the scientific article the author reveals the content of the main provisions the use of information technology in primary care receive information from police, the use of automated databases during the initial phase of the investigation of crimes. And proposes the modernization of hardware-software complex the duty of the police, by combining the automatic number identification, (ANI) of the subscriber, multi-function digital recorder signals, operating according to departmental orders in every duty of the police authority, with a digital map of the city and a database of telephone numbers of the various subscribers.
