Summary/Abstract: In the article the essence of the concepts of "national self-assertion of the individual", "national idea", "national values" are revealed; the description of the semantic content of the program which contains blocks that are based on the formation of national and patriotic values and qualities is submitted; the efficacy of implementation of active forms and methods is defined; the individuals leading needs in national self-assertion are considered.
