Summary/Abstract: In article the criminalistics classification of illegal encroachments on cultural values is developed. The created system of elements will give the chance to define: specificity criminalistics of the characteristic of separate kinds of criminal offences; the general and situationally caused circumstances which are subject to an establishment; characteristic for certain kinds investigatory situations; recommendations, concerning investigation realisation, taking into account specificity of such situations and characteristic problems for them; directions, means, methods, technologies of performance of corresponding problems in consecutive adequacy to practical needs.
