Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the development of view points on perfectionism as the multi measurable psychological constituent. Besides, the manifestation levels of medical students’ adaptive abilities with different levels of perfectionism are analysed. The negative correlative relations between perfectionism of high level and the scale «nervous-psychical stability» is paid attention to in the article. The author of the article proposes his own definition of the term «professional psychological adaptability».
