Summary/Abstract: In the scientific article the author explores the ways assignment, waste of property or a taking to them by abuse of official position of officials in Ukraine through the prism of their own definitions of concepts such as misappropriation, embezzlement, misappropriation, abuse. Conducts a thorough study of methods for the provision of crime in such areas of economic activity such as: budget, trade, construction, forestry, banking. In conclusion, the author notes the need to explore ways of hiding to overcome negative in the future criminal misconduct, misappropriation, embezzlement of property or a taking to them by abuse of official position.
