Summary/Abstract: The present article gives a brief overview of the legislation on library legal deposits in Bulgaria. It also illustrates the changes in this regard in Stiliyan Chilingirov Regional Library – Shumen. Similarly, the authors’ point of view is presented, as well as useful ideas for solving issues in this area.
