Summary/Abstract: Hajnalka Szalma, actress at the Tamási Áron Theatre in Sf. Gheorghe was interviewed by Beáta Lídia László. We find out from their discussion how important well-written female roles are in starting up an acting career. They also talk about the need to meet expectations, about motivation and success. Hajnalka Szalma thinks that it is difficult to answer what the status of women is in our days, and it is equally difficult​ for women to find a balance between family and career.
