Summary/Abstract: The International Academic Conference “Freedom yesterday, freedom today, freedom tomorrow – is it tip of the spear?” was held on 25–26 April, 2017 at “Lyuben Karavelov” Regional Library – Ruse. It was dedicated to the 10 th anniversary of Bulgaria’s accession to the European Union, 140 th anniversary of the Russo-Turkish Liberation War, 180 th anniversary of Vasil Levski’s birth, 470 th anniversary of Miguel de Cervantes’ birth.
