Summary/Abstract: The article analyzed the question of the structuring of the criminal procedure standards of law in the aspect of their realization by the participants of criminal proceedings.We investigated the theoretical position regarding the quantity and quality of the structural elements of criminal procedure standards of law. It was supported position on the three-element structure of criminal procedure standards of law. The author proposed to call "the disposition of ignoring" the element of the standard of law as a "denial of disposition, " whose presence has been proven by J. A. Motovilovker. It was concluded that there is no the incentive sanctions in the current Criminal Procedure Act.
