Summary/Abstract: The article dwells on the process of interpretation of St I. Zlatoust’s Liturgy in the oeuvre of contemporary ecclesiastical composer hegumen Roman (Pidlubniak). The investigation presents the complex analysis of the clergyman’s music piece and defines the peculiarity of orthodox method implementation in the process of music genre interpretation.
