Summary/Abstract: The criminal procedural code of Ukraine 2012 addresses the basic principles of international cooperation in criminal proceedings. Practical data shows substantial international cooperation, however, even they do not fully meet the needs, because crime is increasingly gaining international character. Emphasizes the importance of improving the practice of realization of international cooperation, particularly as regards the conduct of procedural actions in accordance with the international legal assistance, participation in carrying out procedural actions on the territory of the requested State, the representatives of the competent bodies of the requesting State, the establishment and operation of joint investigation teams.
