Summary/Abstract: In article on the basis of generalization of the views of leading scientists in the field of criminology the study understanding crime prevention, crime characterized by the features of the programs of fight against illegal migration, specially investigated and preventive measures and comprehensive targeted operations to combat illegal trafficking of persons across the state border of Ukraine. The author proposed to develop a special information programme on the improvement of forensic measures for combating illegal trafficking of persons across the state border of Ukraine.
