Summary/Abstract: This year marks seven decades since the Peace Treaty between Romania and the Allied and Associated Powers has entered into force, reason for that I propose that through this study to highlight the legal and geopolitical consequences of this treaty on Romania's evolution in the Post-World War II Period, an evolution within a predetermined framework established by the Great Powers. For achieving of this objective, the analysis will be focused on signature, ratification, and entry into force of the Peace Treaty and of course will be analysed and commented provisions of the Treaty with direct reference to the financial and economic obligations imposed on Romania.
