Summary/Abstract: The bimillenary of Ovid’s death is the occasion for a rethinking of his fortune: the Russian-American dramatist Mikhail Berman-Tsikinovsky offers a deep meditation on the great lesson of the Latin poet in the New Millennium, considering the reason of his immortality. This is the first publication of the text, as homage to the town where Ovid spent his exile and died.
