Summary/Abstract: In the articles exposed purpose, principles and main tasks of after a diploma education, offered directions of activity from the improvement of the system of after a diploma education. Pislyadiplomna education is examined not only as a system of the in-plant training and retraining of graduate specialists but also as a form educations the grown man, coming from their individual requirements in the receipt of certain knowledges, work of skills and abilities, personality and professional growth.
