Summary/Abstract: In article the considered problems of revealing, fixing and withdrawal of traces of a biological origin. It is specified that successful investigation of the criminal offences connected with use of traces of a biological origin, depends on ability of the inspector behind an event overall picture, to imagine its mechanism, and also from presence at it special knowledge of the general rules of revealing of traces. It is specified that search of traces of a biological origin is based on the general principles of search activity and following preconditions: presence of a corresponding complex of special knowledge of the expert which carries out the specified activity, both efficiency of use криминалистической and the special technics.
