Summary/Abstract: The article considers problems of the system guarantees the rights of the victim in the criminal process Ukraine as a component technologies ensuring effective implementation of criminal justice, the performance of its tasks. We present the point of view modern Soviet and Ukrainian scientists. Alleged that the criminal procedural safeguards is an effective tool for ensuring the rights of participants in criminal proceedings, including the victim.
