Summary/Abstract: The article, based on the analysis of historical sources derived regularity and performance of social activities such as opposition to investigate crimes committed by persons sentenced to imprisonment in the course of serving criminal sentences. In addition, the necessity of improving law enforcement aimed at overcoming, neutralizing, blocking, etc. determinants that generate and determine the said unlawful conduct of prisoners.
