CRIMINALISTIC CHARACTERISTIC OF THE VIOLENT CRIME FOR MERCENARY PURPOSE COMMITTED BY FOREIGNERS

Summary/Abstract: Annotation: initial statements of the criminalistic characteristic of the violent crime for mercenary purposes committed by foreigners as well as some peculiarities that arise due to the day-to-day realities are described in the given article. Such elements of the criminalistic characteristic as subject of the criminal attempt, manner of the criminal attempt, the settings of the criminal attempt, crime scene, individuality of the criminal, individuality of the affected party are given gradually. An emphasis in put on the establishment of the correlational bounds between them.
