Summary/Abstract: This article aims to outline the issues that have arisen around the enforceable title deriving from a bank credit agreement assigned to a debt recovery agency. In addition to these sensitive issues, the article also presents the modification of the eligibility conditions, which debt recovery agencies must meet and which were introduced since the 1st of January 2017.
