Summary/Abstract: The principle of equality of opportunity and treatment is a fundamental law principle and the European jurisprudence protects this fundamental right that every person is treated equally with other persons, irrespective of their gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, age (when certain age limits are not justified). Any kind of discrimination is forbidden, be it the employment or the treatment at the work place or in the society.
