Summary/Abstract: As a result of the activity conducted by the Constitutional Court in January, it was published the Decision no. 732/2017 of 22 November 2017 regarding the plea of unconstitutionality of the provisions of the Resolution of the Romanian Parliament no. 70/2017 for the amendment of the appendix to the Resolution of the Romanian Parliament no. 10/2017 for approval of the nominal composition and of the management of the permanent Delegation of the Romanian Parliament at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation.
